School Time Table Change Notice: The education department has made a big change in the time table of government schools in Chhattisgarh state. This is probably the first time when the morning classes held on Saturdays will now start at 10 am.

The new time table has also been released. It has been told that now classes will be held on Saturdays in government schools of Chhattisgarh. The Directorate of Public Instruction has released the new time table. The department has released separate time tables for schools with one and two shifts.

In a single shift school, classes will be held from 7.30 am to 11.30 am while in a two shift school, classes will be conducted from 7.30 am to 4 pm. In this way, high and higher secondary schools will be held in the morning shift while primary and pre-secondary schools will operate from 12 noon. In this regard, the DPI has written a letter to the Secretary of the School Education Department.

10:00-10:15: Prayer, National Anthem, and discussion on monthly theme
10:15-11:05: Mother tongue, library, assessment based remedial education
11:05-11:55: Mathematics and Remedial Education
11:55-12:05: Short Recess
12:05-12:55: English and Remedial Education
12:55-1:45: Environment and Remedial Education
1:45-2:35: Lunch Break
2:35-3:15: Workbook, reading-writing, subject wise remedial education
3:15-4:00: Physical education, Yoga, sports, arts and gardening
