In new research that can also be applied to education, a study has found that if executives act humbly and admit their mistakes, than the people they supervise are more likely to want to aspire to be leaders.

I’ve always thought that one of the many responsibilities of teachers is to prepare tomorrow’s leaders today so, perhaps, educators should keep humility in mind while they are teaching. And, perhaps, administrators should keep that in mind, too.
