Qualcomm, an American software and services company, has appointed Pooja Joshi as Senior Director, HR Business Partner.

“I’m excited to share that I’ve recently transitioned into a new role as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Qualcomm. This new chapter builds on a journey that began over 18 years ago—one filled with learning, growth, and the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds in our industry,” Joshi shared in a LinkedIn post.

Joshi has been working with Qualcomm for more than 18 years, most recently as the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Previously, she worked at Tata AIG and Novartis.

Joshi holds an MBA in HR from the Institute of Technology and Management.
