Maharashtra edu dept to reimburse schools for distributing free uniforms, ET Education
Mumbai: The school education department has decided to do away with the centralised practice of supplying uniforms to all its campuses.
Instead, schools will be reimbursed for supplying free uniforms to girls and to students from the weaker sections. Schools have been asked to not use 100% polyester.
