The CBSE Class 10 Sanskrit exam for the 2024-2025 session adhered to the prescribed guidelines and was designed to cater to all types of students. The paper maintained an excellent standard, with a well-balanced distribution of difficulty across different sections.

• Reading Comprehension was the easiest section.
• Literature required a deeper understanding of the material.
• Grammar and Writing questions were of moderate difficulty.

Question Distribution:

• 50% of the questions were easy, primarily from reading comprehension
• 30% were moderate, focusing on grammar and writing skills.
• 20% were difficult, mainly from the literature section, requiring analytical thinking and textual interpretation.

Importantly, all questions were based on prior knowledge and understanding, particularly on grammar and communicative skills.

Samaira, a Class 12 student of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Ghaziabad, said, “The Business Studies exam was of moderate difficulty level. It had one question of 6 marks where students struggled to identify the concept from the case study from the chapter on ‘Directing’. In the exam, about 10 marks questions were tricky. The paper tested our understanding of the concepts and did not encourage answers from rote-learning.”

The CBSE Class XII Business Studies exam was as per the guidelines shared by CBSE. About 50% of the exam consisted of competency-based MCQs and application-based questions. However, the case studies were tricky for students and some MCQs were also challenging. Comprehending the case study question to identify the concept was a bit difficult for students. Only the students who had practiced thoroughly would have been able to attempt the question with confidence. Overall, the question paper was smartly framed and tested the conceptual understanding of the majority of students. It catered to the needs of all levels of students.

Gopal, a student from VidyaGyan School Bulandshahr commented that the students are satisfied that their year-round hard work has been tested in as fair manner as was possible. Gopal also said that the students were able to complete the paper following the timelines with which they had practiced solving the sample papers during their revision.

Raj Pratap from the same school expressed his satisfaction that they had always attempted the questions of a higher level when tested internally, hence he found the paper easy and was able to complete it comfortably.

The CBSE Business Studies paper held on 22nd of February was a very balanced paper. It tested the conceptual clarity as well as the higher order thinking skills of the students. And the best thing about the paper was the structure of questions. It rightly tested the students in a manner that the student who had prepared throughout the year would find it relatively easier and students who burnt midnight oil, towards the end found it comparatively difficult.

The paper, which is divided into four sections had, internally also a well balanced difficulty level. The questions were a mixed of HOTS, Competency based and direct ones.

The students coming back after writing their Business Studies paper of grade 12 were elated and at peace, looking forward to the next exam.

The Sanskrit board exam was balanced, aligning with the NCERT syllabus. Reading comprehension was easy to moderate. Grammar, primarily doable, tested core concepts, with Shabda Roop/Dhatu Roop slightly more challenging. The translation was moderate, assessing grammatical application. Literature was predictable, based on the textbook, with poetry requiring deeper analysis.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 Business Studies paper held on Saturday, February 22 Feb simple and well balanced. As per students, the level of difficulty was moderate. The question paper was a balanced mix of knowledge, analysis and application based questions. Most of the students were able to complete the paper well in time and also could save some time for revision.

The Business Studies paper was for 80 marks, to be attempted within 3 hours.

Questions 1 to 20 were multiple choice questions carrying one mark each. Questions 21 to 24 were very short answer questions carrying three marks each. Question 25 to 30 were short answer question carrying 4 marks each. Questions 31 to 34 were long answer question carrying 6 march each. Language of the case studies was very simple and was easily understood by the students.

The paper overall was very balanced in terms of difficulty. Students also seemed happy as questions were in line with the sample paper provided. We can expect students to score well. There was no error found in the question paper. The paper had questions ranging from easy to critical.

The duration of the exam was 3 hours. The question paper was for 80 marks with 33% internal choices. The paper was average and the questions were mainly CBSE sample paper-based. Direct questions were straightforward and easy to answer. The MCQs and competency-based questions were also of average difficulty, ensuring a balanced assessment.

Students finished the paper well in time and were satisfied with the level of the paper. Overall it was a student-friendly paper.

Meanwhile, Class 12 students will appear for Business Studies and Business Administration papers today.
