Reading Skills and Strategies with AI is a great blog post by Ross Thorburn.

He describes nine reading activities to do with English Language Learners, and pretty much all of them are new to me.

He offers suggestions of how to create the materials with Artificial Intelligence, though you can use the strategies he suggests with or without AI.

It’s not often that I find such a wealth of instructional strategies that are new to me.  It’s definitely worth your time to read it.  In fact, most of the activities can be used effectively with English-proficient students, too.
