Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the Civil Services Examination 2024 on its official website. Candidates who have appeared for the main exam and the personal interview, may visit the official website at upsc.gov.in to check their results. 

Shakti Dubey secured the first rank in the UPSC CSE 2024 results, followed by Harshita Goyal in second place and Dongre Archit Parag in third.

As per the commission, a total of 1,009 candidates have been recommended for appointment to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and various Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Central Services. The candidature of 241 recommended candidates has been kept provisional, and the result of 1 candidate has been withheld.

UPSC CSE 2024 preliminary examination was conducted on June 16, 2024. A total of 9,92,599 candidates applied for this examination, out of which 5,83,213 candidates appeared in the examination.

Of them, a total of 14,627 candidates were qualified to appear for the written (main) examination, which was held in September 2024. Out of these, 2,845 candidates were qualified for the personality test or interview.

Marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result.
