Turnitin and ACUE Partner on AI Training for Educators

Turnitin is teaming up with the Association of College and University Educators to create a series of courses on artificial intelligence and academic integrity designed to help faculty navigate the responsible use of AI in learning and assessment. ACUE Commons members will be able to access the courses alongside the organization’s existing “Quick Studies” catalog of self-paced learning content on topics such as AI, workforce readiness, well-being, and more.

Features of the new courses include:

• Expert-led insights and strategies for evaluating and applying AI ethically and effectively in teaching;
• Collaborative professional development opportunities that enable faculty to connect, share, and develop best practices; and
• Joint resources for keeping student outcomes at the center of AI innovation.

In addition, ACUE is launching a series of “endorsements” that will recognize ACUE-certified faculty for upskilling in timely topics. The Quick Studies produced in partnership with Turnitin will be part of a new “AI for Educators” endorsement.
