The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the Joint Entrance Examination or JEE Main 2020 admit card on Friday (December 6). The JEE Main 2020 will be published by National Testing Agency on its official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have registered for the JEE Main 2020 can check the website to download the JEE Main 2020 admit card.

Registration for the JEE Main 2020 closed on October 10, 2019.

How to download JEE Main 2020 admit card:

1: Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

2: Enter registration number, password and other credentials

3: Your admit card will appear on the screen.

4: Download and keep a printout for future reference.

If you visit the NTA’s official website―nta.ac.in, the link to the JEE Main page will be available on the latest news section.

Candidates are advised to check all the details on their admit cards. They must also check the official websites at nta.ac.in or jeemain.nic.in once the admit card is released. The NTA Joint Entrance Examination (Main) result 2019 will be announced on April 30.

The first JEE Main exam in 2020 will be held between January 6 and January 11 and the second exam between April 3 and April 9. The NTA will issue a separate notice for the JEE Main 2020 exam in April. However, candidates are not required to compulsorily appear in both the tests.

The results of the JEE Main 2020 will be declared on January 31, 2020 on the NTA website. Top performers in the Main exam will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2020.

The NTA conducts the JEE twice for admissions to undergraduate (UG) courses in the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), National Institute of Technology (NITs), and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).

The agency had recently changed the pattern of the JEE Main. The changes include a reduction in the number of questions, a new test on BPlan and five long-form questions on numerics. Candidates must check the instructions and notifications issued by the NTA thoroughly.
