Delhi Nursery Admission 2025: In more than 1700 private schools of Delhi, the  selection process for children with less than fifty marks will be difficult for admission in nursery in the academic session 2025-26. 

It should be mentioned that most of the private schools released the list on Friday based on the marks obtained in the admission standards. 

According to the admission schedule of the Directorate of Education, in the list released on Friday on the basis of marks obtained in the standards, maximum 100 to 70 marks have been given place.   Due to the high number of children getting the same marks in the list, schools will conduct a lottery. The lottery list will be released on January 17, 2025. 

According to the Delhi Nursery admission age criteria, for admission to Nursery, the age of the student needs to be less than four years as on March 31 of the year of admission. For KG admission, the candidate’s age should be less than five years and for admission to Class 1, the age needs to be less than six years.

Commencement of Nursery admission process and availability of application forms: November 28, 2024

Last date to submit application form: December 20, 2024

Upload of details of children who applied under open seats: January 3, 2025

Uploading marks of children who applied under open seats: January 10, 2025

Release the first list of selected children along with the waiting list and marks allotted under the points system: January 17, 2025

Resolution of queries of parents on allotment of points of students for the first list: January 18 to January 27, 2025

Release of the second list of selected children: February 3, 2025

 

Resolution of queries of parents regarding the second list: February 5 to February 11, 2025

Subsequent list of admission, if any: February 26, 2025

Nursery 2025 admission process ends:March 14, 2025
