Robert Frantum-Allen, MA, C-SLCT is a distinguished leader with deep expertise in literacy, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Leadership. With over 33 years in education, including as Director of Special Education for Denver Public Schools, Robert has championed the science of reading, promoting evidence-based literacy practices. He continues to teach at the University of Denver and consults nationally on literacy development and education.
