IIM-Trichy releases independently audited placement report, ETEducation
Trichy: Indian Institute of Management Trichy (IIM-T) has released its first-ever independently audited placement report. An institute statement said this was part of its broader pursuit of excellence, reflected in its AMBA re-accreditation and 16th position in the NIRF 2025 rankings.
“This audited placement report is more than a milestone — it is a statement of trust. By embracing transparency, IIM Trichy demonstrates to recruiters that they can rely on us for accurate insights into the capabilities of our students,” said IIM-T director Pawan Kumar Singh.
“Placements at IIM Tiruchirappalli are anchored in doing what is right, even when it is not easy. External auditing underscores our commitment to accountability and data integrity,” said placement chairperson Professor Abhishek Kumar Totawar.
“The 2024–25 audited report records another successful placement season. Over 150 companies participated in summer placements, including 50 new recruiters, while 189 companies hired from the PGPM batch and 40 from PGPM-HR. The highest CTC stood at ₹43.94 lakh (PGPM) and ₹33.12 lakh (PGPM-HR), with average CTCs of ₹19.27 lakh and ₹17.84 lakh respectively,” the release added.
