
In a first, National PG College to offer admissions to international students, ETEducation
Lucknow: In a first, National PG College will admit international students from 2026-27 academic session. It will also introduce Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programme, with a separate entrance examination for BCom (e-commerce).
The college will admit international students, including candidates from SAARC countries. Separate admission guidelines for international applicants will be issued online.
The college on Saturday began the admission process for academic session 2026-27 after the roadmap was finalised in a meeting of the admission committee. The applications are available on the official website www.npgc.in. Admissions to all UG and PG programmes will be conducted through entrance examinations,the schedule and guidelines for which will be notified on the website. Students have been advised to regularly monitor official updates.
To ensure smooth implementation of the admission process, Prof Ramkrishna, head of the Hindi department, has been appointed as the admission coordinator.
A highlight this year is the launch of the AEDP. Under this, BCom (e-commerce) admissions will be conducted through a separate entrance examination, enabling students to combine classroom learning with hands-on apprenticeship training, thereby enhancing employability.
